We don't have a mall in Wasilla. The nearest mall is an hour away in Anchorage. So the local stores often play host to Santa. He was visiting Home Depot today, so we dropped in. The boys were quick to point out how much better he looked this year. He looked fatter but cleaner they said ;) A. kept craning his head looking for the reindeer. They must have been parked around back.
